Welcome our New QA Manager
Our new Quality Assurance Manager, Michael Murry, has worked in Quality since 2014 with a focus on continuous improvement of quality management systems. His expertise is kaizen, centered around corrective and preventive actions, and his ability to develop and maintain methods and procedures leading to process improvement.
This has enabled Alpha to have a more robust quality management system that ensures our customers get product of the highest quality. We’re confident that Michael’s skills can help us accomplish our mission to customers moving forward.
From Michael: "I have inspired, mentored and led quality assurance teams to be ISO compliant. In this role I have embraced facilitating our ISO recertification efforts by implementing new processes and adding more traceability to our procedures. One of my major goals is to improve Alpha’s efficiency and continue to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations."
