How to Detect the Most Common Foodborne Pathogens

Campylobacter Spp. 

• Common contamination sources: Raw poultry, unpasteurized milk, contaminated water
• Prevention: Cook poultry thoroughly, avoid raw milk, prevent kitchen cross-contamination
• How to detect it: Bolton Broth, Campy Blood Free Selective Medium
